Home sales and the median sold prices declined in May both across the five-county Austin region and within Austin's city limits, the latest figures show.
But the market is stable, and is presenting opportunities for buyers and sellers as the supply of housing increases, according to the Austin Board of Realtors, in its May housing report released Wednesday.
