Four Martin residents and former Fuller Partners agents came together to form Dream Homes LPT Realty. Consisting of Kimberly Longacre, Jackie Siler, Lynn Davis and Michelle Siler, the newly formed group has over 70 years combined experience. The four brokers want the community to know that the same familiar faces they have come to know, trust and count on are still operating locally out of the REED Center in Martin.
When Fuller Partners closed, the four women knew they wanted to stay together and keep serving the community. Together, they joined a new company, LPT Realty, and formed the Dream Homes Group.
The women all worked together for many years at Fuller Partners and became very close friends. “We’re lucky that four women could get along as well as we do and we wanted to stay together and continue working together, so here we are,” Michele stated.
Dream Homes LPT Realty has a unique marketing process. LPT stands for listing power tools and with each of the homes listed coming with its own listing box packed full of marketing materials specific to each home, it really is a power tool for homebuyers and sellers.
“The marketing tools are unique to this area for sure. No one else provides that,” Longacre said.
Each home gets its own flier, postcard and even website so that people are able to see specific details for the home they are interested in.
After losing Dee Pritchett and the dissolution of Fuller Partners, the women wanted to come together and continue to be a beacon for the community in listing and selling homes.
“We’re still here. We’re still together. We’re still serving the community the same way we always have been–just at a different location,” Jackie said.
