The three highest-priced home sales in Cold Spring Harbor last month ranged from $1.085 million to $2.037 million.
The priciest Cold Spring Harbor home sold in April was a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on 2 acres at 26 Goose Hill Road that sold for $2.037 million. It was listed by Pamela Doyle of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by a non-member of OneKey MLS.
A 3-bedroom, 1-bath colonial on 7.8 acres at 68 Saw Mill Road fetched $1.875 million in cash. It was listed and sold by Leslie Yudell Beder of Signature Premier Properties.
At 514 W. Main St., a 4-bedroom, 3-bath expanded ranch on .40 acres went for $1.085 million. It was listed by Deepak Hemrajani of DH Citadel Real Estate and sold by Lynn Gambarelli of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.
