The three highest-priced home sales in Merrick last month ranged from $1.192 million to $1.55 million.
The priciest Merrick home sold in May was a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on .52 acres at 49 Lindenmere Drive that sold for $1.55 million. It was listed by Jennie Katz and Jonathan Schuman of Blue Island Homes NY and sold by Kaitlynn McCartney and Rhea Cory Knopf of Compass.
A 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .16 acres at 1935 Carroll Ave. fetched $1.2 million. It was listed by Karina Guevara and Walter Radovic of Red Jasmine Real Estate and sold by Tom Raczkowski of Charles Rutenberg Realty.
At 2666 Wynsum Ave., a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath newly built colonial on .12 acres went for $1.192 million. It was listed and sold by Louis Tullo of John Savoretti Realty.
