May 2023 
The three highest-priced home sales in Flanders last month ranged from $370,000 to $720,000.
The priciest Flanders home sold in May was a 5-bedroom, 3-bath split-level on .94 acres at 745 Pleasure Drive that sold for $720,000. It was listed by Joseph W. Johns and sold by Angelica Cocha of Exp Realty.
A 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage on .51 acres at 84 & 72 Indian Ave. fetched $550,000. It was listed by Glenn Mazzone of Hampton Sales & Rentals and sold by James Bissett of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
At 34 Flanders Blvd., a 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch on .18 acres went for $370,000 in cash. It was listed and sold by Keith Jefferson of Signature Premier Properties.
