The three highest-priced home sales in Greenlawn last month ranged from $670,000 to $940,000.
The priciest Greenlawn home sold in May was a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on .31 acres at 23 Oakwood St. that sold for $940,000. It was listed by Ruth Sansiviero of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Kerri Kelly of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
A 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .24 acres at 7 Centerport Road fetched $700,000. It was listed by William Bonifati of Howard Hanna|Coach Realtors and sold by Bruce Gotlieb of Signature Premier Properties.
At 87 Derby Ave., a 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch on .45 acres went for $670,000. It was listed by JoAnn Pujols of Signature Premier Properties and sold by Kieran Rodgers of The Agency Northshore.
