May 2023 
The three highest-priced home sales in New Hyde Park last month ranged from $985,000 to $1.245 million. 
The priciest New Hyde Park home sold in May was a 5-bedroom, 2.55-bath colonial on .10 acres at 1342 5th Ave. that sold for $1.245 million. It was listed and sold by Sheryl Fine of Laffey Real Estate.   
A 4-bedroom, 4-bath colonial on .11 acres at 34 Durham Road fetched $1.23 million. It was listed by Agustina DeLaCruz of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty and sold by Shabab Quddus of Exp Realty.       
At 920 N. 5th St., a 5-bedroom, 4-bath colonial on .09 acres went for $985,000. It was listed by Matthew Hart of World Properties International Sea to Sky and sold by Yufen Hsiao and Hong Guo of Voro.
