Top of the Market: Memphis properties sweep week's top 5 homes sold – The Business Journals

Here are the five most expensive homes sold recently in Shelby County. All transaction information comes from MBJ Biz Leads research, the Shelby County Register of Deeds, and the Shelby County Assessor of Property. The Google Street View of the property is embedded, where available. The real estate agents named come from Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin.
Of note this week: For the first time I can recall since we’ve been doing Top of the Market, there was an instance where one real estate firm represented at least one of the parties in all five of the biggest deals. Pulling off that trick to hit for the cycle this week: Ware Jones Realtors.
